And if you were foreigner and saw the same thing as Romanians,wouldnt you avoid them as well??
I'm not Romanian (I'm from NW Europe somewhere) but I've met quite a few Romanian women and most of them were fantastic. Maybe the ones back in the homeland are different? Don't know. AFAIK I haven't met any Russian women, let alone dated them. Can't say much about them, either..
My experience with Romanian women is limited and the very few I got to know did not give me the impression they are illiterate or bad mannered. Perhaps what you have come across in your life may have been just that but there is always the other side and all you have to do is look for them.
Keep in mind that most times we are treated the way we treat others and the problme may be you and not them.
Not all Romanian Women are Rude in fact , i have met Romanian Women who were nice and sweet . Plus in every country there are rude people and good people btw .
I know a couple of women who moved to the US from Romania.
I visited Romania and I now live in Hungary where there are tons of people from Romania working.
My son met a very beautiful, nice girl from Romania in Budapest when he was 23 years old.

My husband,( a Hungarian) and I met her just once when she rang our flat looking for our son.
He said she was the best GF ever, sweet, thoughtful, kind and always interested in everything he said or did.
She did not seem at first to be after money but did allow my son to take her all over the city, nice places to eat and buy her small gifts.
He sort of knew she wanted money but she was no pushy about it.
He later married a Hungarian woman who was really horrible.
The Romanian gilr we found out later worked for an escort service. My son didn't have to pay for services because she really liked him like a real BF.
One day the older women at the front desk of the escort service where he had gone to pick up his GF for a date, pulled my son aside and told him to be very careful.
He felt sorry for him because he was a silly American/Hungarian kid and she had the heart of an old whore, gold at times.
She told our son that his GF had a BF in Romania that she was sending money to and to be watchful.
A few weeks later the hammer dropped when she asked my son for over $1,200 cash because her mother was ill and need a heart operation in Romania.
REALLY?? He knew he was being sacmmed and almost gave her the money just because she had been so sweet.
We luckily talked him out of it. He moved on to his next mistake in love.
The most beautiful woman I have ever personally met was Romanian. She was also very nice and well mannered.
