It would be frying pan. Old style cast iron is the best. But not to throw into person, but hit his head with it. Another kitchen objects are ladle or rolling pin, Again, hit husband's head with it. No need to destroy kitchen around, apply force directly, without throwing anything.
That breed of "people" you've mentioned doesn't have a particular ethnic, national, race, religious, social etc belonging.

No need to selectively sensationalize psychopaths, who happen to have RF passport. They are not that different from their "comrades" abroad.
I'd advise you to watch less of hollywood-ish garbage (where it's customary to be a psycho, instead of a loving partner) and focus on something more positive, productive or at least realistic. We are tired of myth/stereotypes-makers, who first concoct a fable, then via sly manipulation put their stinky label on other nations. It's called xenophobia. I perfectly realize, that jWestern "developed" world (due to its very special pseudo-culture of polarizing & brainwashing the sheeple by such things like imbecilic pseudo-humor) got much more psychopaths as a result... but do please "cure" your frustration without involving Russians or any non-Western nation for that matter.
