Russian tourists are rude, but why?

I think there are three possible answers, but I don't know which one is true

1. The tourists mainly are the rich and the rich are arrogant *****, maybe even criminals

2. Russians just are used to be rude

3. The culture is just different and they don't find their action rude, even though it is rude by western standards

Which one theory do u support?

I live in eastern Europe and it is a nature way to life with a passive/ aggressive attitude for the locals.

The never smile because they don't want to look like they are either

1. Drunk, 2>.Insane or 3. trying to pick someone up.

They are they same rude way with each other so just don't take offence, they just don't have a clue.

A lot of them don't speak English. This has been a major problem in my dealings with Russian tourists.

People who don't speak English as their first language often come across as rude to those who don't get how difficult it is to learn and speak another language in another country.

Your "question" reminded me of tons of perverts from the West and Middle East stalking, importuning, insulting and video recording (often secretly) Eastern European women in the middle of the day in our own homelands. I will never forget that Italian dude, who crouched down trying to take a memorable photo of my panties as I passed by in a miDi skirt (Kiev, Kreshchatik). And one of my acquaintances will probably never forget that American, who approached her with a couple of her friends in a cafe (in St Petersburg), threw a few hundred-dollar bills and said: "so, who is going to spend this night with me?".

So yeah...

Here is a video of a true American "gentleman" and a Russian "churl" (in white), who apparently doesn't like watching his female compatriots get humiliated by "polite" tourists from "developed" world:

Russians should avoid spending money and visiting which ever country you live in. It seems as though the people there are extremely xenophobic.

none of the the teory gets support because you just prejudiced. Furthermore, you don't specify why you are jumping to such conclusion, therefore, your statement could be bias.

I am not Russian but I like them more than non-Russians that bitching about racism cenophobia hate speach and other baby crying things

Are you speaking in Russian with them? If you are American, can you blame them since the U.S. is wrecking their economy and that person may be out of a job because of U.S. sanctions.

They may come across rude because of language issues. Someone might say "More beer" because they might now know English well enough to ask "May I please have another beer". They are not trying to be rude, they are just trying to communicate in the little English (or French, Italian, whatever) they know

Not all tourists are rich. Sure if you are in St Tropez or Cannes you will run into incredibly rich Russians. But the ones who are going on holiday to Turkey, Thailand, Egypt, etc are usually not rich

I think they are just afraid to meet a new world. They try to compensate this fear by rudeness - a primitive, intuitive self-defense ruled by their subconsciousness - lol :)
