Serbia was never in a war with Albania. But it was with Kosovo Albanians living in Serbia in 1998/9 (Kosovo was then a part of Serbia).
Serbs did have numerous counterinsurgent actions against extremist Albanian imigrants aka Kosovo Albanians (more precisely their terrorist militia or UCK) in an area of Serbia bordering with Albania - Kosovo. It is known as the Kosovo war.
Militarily, UCK was no match for the army and special police units of Serbia, but soon, US actually found an interest in Kosovo and sided with UCK, claming Serbs are taking that counterinsurgency too far and ethnicly cleansing all Albanians in Kosovo. Under some dubious arguments US under Clinton's administration actually bombed Serbia itself including Kosovo, killing both Albanians and Serbs, until Serbs finally stopped the actions and retreated from Kosovo entirely.
Epilogue, in 2008. Kosovo Albanians proclaim independence, but their, not yet recognized state is basically under US control. They wave Albanian flags, and welcome the idea of unitig with Albania. But some of the Kosovo Albanians say they enjoyed more freedom and actual independece under Serbs,, than under US military.
So, I don't think there is a winner of Kosovo war. It isn't Serbs since they had to retreat and surrender Kosovo, which now proclaimed independence. But it isn't Kosovo Albanians either since all they managed in that was is to get killed, and even their independece, unrecognized, isn't much of an independece after all...
Serbia has never been at war with Albania.
Albania of course
Are you referring to the Albania Yugoslavia border incident in 1999 which was part of the Kosovo war.? There is info about it on the link , only a few people were killed
