Should Russia become a Muslim nation?

Posted at: 2015-06-30
I know Russia is a Christian nation, and fought bloody wars against Muslims before, but it also fought against Christian nations, and Muslims fight each other all the time.

But right now it is finally clear that Russian culture and identity is so much closer to Muslim nations than the decadent West.

Both Russians and Muslims favor traditional values and morals, and oppose the perversions of "liberal" west.

Both are willing to make sacrifices to protect their beliefs, while soft westerners can only talk.

Both have oil in their land - surely a sign of God's favor.

Both worship God the same way as the founders of their religion, while western heretics change the God-given rites to fit their tastes.

Don't you feel that these important similarities outweigh the theological differences? That Russia could join forces with Muslims to fight the spread of Western "values"?

I am especially hoping to hear from Russian patriots like Dimitry.

Puh-lease.

"Traditional values" is a fad in Russia. It will pass.

Russians ...and Ukrainians that I know would rather eat their borshcht with American ketchup than ever listen to some Muslim idiot and their trashy ideology that had been stolen from many religions by their founder himself. Nothing in their so called 'muslim' faith is original. All is taken from others and 'amplified'. Like the Hebrews pray 3 times a day so the muslims must to 5...and so on. That is why they want to wipe all other faiths from the face of the planet, so future generations will not know how much they are forced to swallow was really stolen from others.

Religion has nothing to do with morals. The sl**tiest girls and vilest guys I've ever known went to church every sunday thinking they'll be "cleaned" by murmuring prayers. What they failed to realize is that a church/cathedral or a mosque for that matter is not a clinic, where you can be "cured".

There are lots of non-religious Russians and their moral standards are way higher than those of sneaky pretenders. Spiritually developed person doesn't need some cabal cult, they live in harmony with Mother Nature. Just as we, the Rus', did in pre-Judeo-Christian times... and as some of us do now.

Q: "... decadent West"

A: it's not.

Q: "I know Russia is a Christian nation..."

A: Russian Federation is a home to more than 120 ethnic groups, there are Christians (incl Protestants, Catholics etc), Muslims, Buddhists, Pagans of all kinds (incl Germanic and Celtic, not just Rus'/Slavic), Agnostics, Atheists and so on among them.

And for Elohim's/Yahweh's/Adonai's or whoever sake, your pseudo-question is full of:

No, Russia wouldn't capitulate to such deplorable standards where it require this execrating depraved misogynistic Muhammadan desert cult to institute a theological or "moral" guidance for the populace. The primary monotheistic Abraham religions are really foreign impositions to the even the most "piteous" of European mentalities. Islam particularly is not merely a social-scientific-sexual-ethnological encumbrance, but it also espouses ideologies that are aberrant and defective and also engenders pugnacious sentiments which are at the nucleus of the Islamic doctrine.

Spectacle: Zeena LaVey (now Schreck) and Nikolas Schreck vs. Fundamentalist Bob Larson (Pagan heritage, the dogmatic infiltration, and hypocrisy).

No. Russia occupies a position and culture very similar to the Byzantine Empire, which the Muslims adamantly fought to destroy since the era of Mohammad.

Russian society is thoroughly secular. Yeah, there might put an array of orthodox icons on a car dashboard, but even among these kind of people only a tiny fraction goes to church or follow any proper church rites and rituals.

No and Vladimir Putin won't play around with sharia law or appeasement.

If you think Muslims share values and morals with Russians.....you are not paying attention
