Not on its own. If other NATO members decided to attack ISIS, Turkey would participate in that. If there was a UN security council resolution to give Turkey legal rights to launch an operation in Syria, Turkey might have. But Turkey shouldn't act on its own. If the US sent its troops into Syria, I am sure Turkey would also do that and help the US.

Turkey should attack but, dont forget that President of Erdogan is the founder of ISIS. They would not exist if it wasn't for Erdogan. They trained in Turkey, they got weapons, tanks from Turkey. Erdogan thought ISIS will take Esad down and convert or kill all non-Sunni Muslims and people from different religions in Syria.

If Turkey don't take action against ISIS, ISIS will take action against Turks and attack them.

No we shouldn't. Not at the moment. I don't approve my country attack alone for USA's benefits. only if all nato countries attack without helping PKK/PYD. They are also terrorists as bloody as ISIS.

When Obama says "coalition is ready", then Turkey will attack as well as other coalition forces.
