Norway and Sweden are very similar countries, both when it comes to health care, social services, education and politics, and culture in general.

Swedes and Norwegians are mostly atheists, but Norway has a little bit more Christians in the west part of Norway.
Norway won't allow you to emigrate there unless you have a degree. They are one of the few countries in the world who have a 100% literacy rate. If you can't beneficially contribute to their society they don't let you in. I don't know about Sweden.

Unless you wanna declare bankruptcy in the first day, go to Sweden. a coke (normal, plastic) costs $5 in a gas station -.-
You need advanced educational and professional qualifications plus be able to fluently read/speak/write the local language to get a work visa for an EU country.
