Some long distance buses do have a little bedroom for the driver off duty while the other driver goes on. But most buses do without that.

Only tour buses for bands have bedrooms and not even all of those.

No bus that I was ever on in Europe has had a bedroom for passengers. At most, you may be able to slightly recline your seat on tour buses
