You should be able to live on that salary. Housing costs though high in Wiltshire are far cheaper than in London. Wiltshire is a huge county running from Salisbury in the south to Swindon in the North. The county is mainly rural. The little town of Pewsey is in the middle of the county. Property prices there are not so high and it is near very beautiful countryside and on the main rail line to London Paddington (Journey time 70 minutes)
Everything you have listed comes down to how much you want to pay out. We don't know how much food you eat, or what clothes you buy, or where you go in your spare time.
Wiltshire is a big County.
Are you from the EU ? if not you will need a working visa to get a job here.
I could easily live in Wiltshire on a salary of £29900 per annum.
What size property are you thinking of living in, and where in Wiltshire?
