The local doctor should be able to recommend alternative medication, which you could use until you return to the UK & see your own doctor again. The Farmacia may also be able to help providing they have a knowledge of English. I've purchased prescribed drugs from them in Spain when I arrived without my medication.
If your efforts fail then go to the nearest general hospital (not private) and seek their assistance. I believe the nearest may be in San Javier -

You could phone the british consulate if your from the uk and ask them to reccommend a dr or hospital..if you have a ehic card you should be able to receive free emergency healthcare
Have you got an EHIC with you? The card should get you free treatment at a local health centre or hospital.
ok 5 months ago I was told I have labrinithitice (dizzy,vertigo,sick ear infection) no pain
and this week has been very bad its got worse I need to see a doctore as my tabs I was given in the uk don't work.how do I go about it the town Im staying in has a doctore here bt can I go there or what im in sucina Murcia ?
