The fastest way is by AVE the high speed link train which will get you to the cities in a few hours.
I lived 20 years in Spain, always wanted to go to Morocco but never made it...............anyway here is the link that may help you:

6 days is not enough time for Madrid, Barcelona, and a day trip to Morocco. You would probably want to drop at least one of those.
The AVE high-speed train is the fastest way to travel between cities. You can take it from Barcelona to Madrid, but it doesn't go to Algeciras (where the ferries leave from for Tangier in Morocco), so you would need to take regular trains or buses.
Not sure what "marcelona" is, but 6 days is pretty much about a good amount of time to spend in Madrid and the surrounding historic cities.
Cross to Morocco? LOLOL. not in 6 days!
Do you want to visit this beautiful country, or just waste your time travelling. Your trip would be great if it was for a month at least, but 6 days, sorry!
You could probably find some tourist buses/couches or a train
Fly.
