Anywhere within 100 km of Ankara is the same climate. You would need to go to the south coast to get anything considerably warmer, and that's much further than 100 km. Besides, it won't be 'hot' there either, although it will be much more pleasant than in Ankara, that's for sure.
the warmest would be izmir, antalya, mersin, and ayd?n. it won't be hot but warm. somewhere between 16-18 degrees celsius.
Probably the eastern part of Turkey.
