Ok so I'm looking for a video or a site (read/watch) that explains Europe an its country's and what's British/English/Irish/etc. something that explains the technical side of everything? Thanks

If your knowledge so far of Europe extends to "British/English/Irish etc", then you had better do some pretty major reading on Europe as a whole.

Reading would satisfy this need, either a library or online.

I think you need to get yourself a map and study it.
