Greece is a country that on the main is bordered by sea bodies. So, on the east is the Aegean sea that separates it from Turkey. On the south is the Cretan sea and Libyan sea that separates it from Egypt and Libya.To the west the Ionian and Adriatic seas that separates it from Italy. Of course all those different seas are parts of the broader Mediterranean Sea.
On the north from west to east is Albania, FYROM, Bulgaria and Turkey. The last is also bordering on a small part of the east Greece.
