I think that you are overstating the truth, the countries Denmark and Spain have done nothing against you.
Some people there might have been less that fully friendly.
Maybe even some officials of the countries have been less than fully friendly, maybe because you did not follow the rules. (I am just guessing here.)
Give the countries a new chance, when you meet people from the country meet them with the most friendliness you can and likely you will get a friendly reaction.
And if you want to go there, follow the rules, apply for paperwork if needed and stay there for a holiday. Be friendly and you will get friendly responses.
But if you go there expecting nastiness you will get unfriendly responses, that is the way people react everywhere.
I've always had a great time in both Spain and Denmark and have found people to be generally friendly there.
Hating for not specific reason and just because you were not treated friendly, cannot include the whole country.
Most likely you were not treated well because you did not act friendly. You get what you give.
Anyway, you talk about two countries that are far apart and the only reason I can think of is of illegal entry. If that is the case, you should not complain. They did what they were supposed to do.
Well, if you act hateful, everyone's going to hate you. Change your attitude, or stay at home.
