What are some stores that the U.S. Have that the UK doesn't? It would be cool to get her gifts from places that she never heard or been to in the UK.

Trouble is all the big stores really operate world wide, Walmart runs a chain called Asda in the UK, We don't have thanksgiving, if you send a thanksgiving card or something to do with US national holidays. 4th of June. Those little mickey mouse statures of liberty are fun. The problem with sending gifts across the Atlantic is the postal charges are ridiculously high, And anything expensive gets hit for Customs and Excise duty.
