If you want to know what it's like to live Near to Heathrow then look at www.zoopla.com and www.police.uk. These sites will give you the property prices and crime figures etc. for the areas around the airport.
Look for: Hounslow, West Drayton, Slough, Windsor, Ashford, Staines, Cranford.

The link is to an article in the London Evening Standard. No-one can officially live in Heathrow Airport. But, as the article shows, some people clearly do.
It's an airport. You can't sensibly live in an airport! Heath Row was the name of a tiny village that used to be there, before it got flattened to build the airport. Live close to the east or west of it and you will have a noisy life under the flightpath of planes taking off and landing.
