A few unique characteristics of Espana:
1.Nudity is legal anywhere in the country.
2. They have SIESTAS.
3. Fish and chips originated in Cadiz, Spain, and was passed on to Britain.
4. The Festival of Tomatoes: throw stuff at people and you won't get arrested.
5. Bullfighting.
6.There are no tooth fairies in Spain. Instead, there is a tooth mouse named Ratoncito Pérez.

For me it is the most unique in Spain. The food is regional, the architecural styles are regional (romanuc in the north, pre-romanic in the north, baroque mor in the south etc etc)
