No place in Spain is hot in October, but Costa del Sol has the best climate in mainland Europe in that time of the year. But if you want it "hot", them maybe Canary Island is a better alternative for yoy.
One of my favourite months on the Costa del Sol is October. Last year, I was there between the 4th & 11th and the day time temperatures varied between 27*C (81*F) and 34*C (93*F), with cloudless sunny skies. The evenings were so warm that the hotel I stayed in had the entertainment outside rather than in the hotel. During the first 3 weeks of October the lowest maximum day time temperature was in fact 27*C and the highest was 35*C (95*)!

Of course, this weather cannot be guaranteed but I've visited in the same week for the past 4 years and the weather has been good.
October is a strange month for weather here in Spain.
There is a mistaken belief that the warmest place is the Canaries in October but I'm afraid that is is quite cool there compared with the Peninsula. (The sun is hot though).
Last year , the hottest place in October was Jerez de la Frontera with 36.5 degrees C.
Things start cooling off in October. Good luck with that. It's not going to be "hot".
