What kind of meat is magrid cabeza?

I saw it yesterday in Mercadona's.

You have written it down wrongly.

Magro de Cabeza: I googled it and got:

http://www.linguee.es/espanol-ingles/tra...

Magrid is not a Spanish word and cabeza means head. So the head of an animal or something.

I will be a regional processed cold cooked meat normally from the head of the animal simmilar to hasslet in England .

hope this helps.

ps. its normally quite cheap but tastes ok.

Sounds like people are describing what is called "head Cheese" in the US.
