Thank you for your help :D
An estaminet is a small French café. I rather suspect you meant Estimated, but your typo has class.
As a matter of interest, I did a quick search. The cheapest two-bedroom flat I could find in (a less-than-fashionable, not to say grotty part of) London was £925 a month, plus council tax and bills.
Estaminet is French, a small cafe selling alcoholic drinks. most often seen in stories about the First World War.
I'm not convinced there is one in London. Unless you mean one of the Cafe Rouge chain.
A flat around central London currently will cost you around £400 a week (depending on size and location). As demand goes up, rental costs are likely to go up as well, so by the time you move it'll be higher.
On top of rent, you need to budget for utilities (water, gas, electricity), council tax, tv licence, internet, phone, food, transport, clothes, going out, insurance, and everything else you might need or want.
That's also assuming you can get a visa enabling you to move.
Its very expensive to live in London. I think above 1200 Pounds per month
These links get you the cost of living here in London - not a cheap city where the average price of a pint of beer is already £3.70 GBP.

You are choosing one of the most expensive cities in the world. But it depends on you level of living. It can be done cheaper that many people think. Live in the right areas, shop in the right places...
You won't be able to afford to buy a flat you'll rent, and rents are going up monthly so how anyone will know what they're like "when you're older" I don't know.
