This lead to untold suffering for 5 long years and worst of all once Germany was defeated,the Soviets moved in and occupied Poland for close to half a century whereas Germany on the other hand,despite facing repercussions from the allies,became an industrial power since its soviet zone of occupation constituted of only 25% of the country whereas the Poles had to face the full might of the soviet union?
Was Poland undone here?cause I feel sad for the fact that most of eastern europe has struggled to keep up with the west because of such long spells of communism.And all of this can be tied back to germany invading Poland....So how do Poles view in the German in this regard?

Poles hate Germans and Russians. I would say however you would have an easier time being German because the Russian occupation was more recent and more remembered. But still Poles hate both. And they hate Germans because of the Nazi times. Remember the Nazis killed three million Catholic Poles too, not just Jews. They were horrible to Poland and it is hard to forgive what happened.
Hard to tell who the Poles hate more , the Germans or the Russians.
