I was going to ask to do skydiving but my parents think its too dangerous. Any other ideas? They need to be UK based.

You could go to a theme park such as Alton Towers. National Express coaches to overnight trips to places like London, the Harry Potter Studio Tour and lots of other interesting places.

You can do indoor sky diving! Airkix have several places in UK. They use a vertical wind tunnel.
Alternatively, try Go Ape. There are places all over UK that offer it.
