A Dutch cap

If you happen to find a hotel in the Netherlands that has a pool, you are expected to wear normal swim wear, that is bottoms for guys and tops as well as bottoms or one piece covering both top and bottom for girls.

Swim caps are optional, mostly only competition swimmers, and those training like them, will wear them.

It is the same in Dutch public pools.

Only on Dutch beaches topless is allowed and not even everywhere.

bikinis or swimming suit for the ladies, and swimming trunks / swimsuit for the men.

Because of hygenic reasons a boxer short is not allowed in some pools.

children who can't swim or don't have a diplom are often only allowed if they wear an inflatable band worn around the arms.

A pair of slippers is recomended, wearing a swim cap is optional.

Nowerdays a burka

A bathing suit.

What a strange question, try a fur coat.
