Yeah I'd agree that England is extremely boring. Go to London, then get out of England and visit Scotland, specifically Edinburgh (if you happen to be visiting the UK). I have grown up here and agree that the place is generally just very flat, and dull to look at. The people in many parts are just racist and unpleasant (especially the South East). It's just pretty much not worth spending more than a couple days in to see the capitals. It's also bloody expensive, especially transportation. The weather is pretty crap too.
I'd have to say Belgium. Yes ok it's home to the offices of Nato and the European Commission and most known for its chocolates and beer but the thing is that the Belgians are absolutely useless. I lived there for 8 years and I have to say those were the worst years of my life. Got bullied every day for 6 years, my landlord molested me, teachers woudn't do a thing about the bullying and they even blamed me for it. Absolutely hated it and will never ever think of going back even if they paid me.
France, boring. Brittany is lovely, but is not culturally part of France. Central France away from the coast is covered in ugly industrial wasteland in between huge monoculture farms. Les autoroutes - grim. The N-roads - even worse. Every town looks alike. Boooring. And the French? God, the French. They are so up themselves - they think they are God's gift to the world, but in reality, they are still in the Middle Ages mentally.
England. I was born and raised in England, but have only been back twice because the place is so dingy and depressing compared to Continental Europe, and I cannot come to terms with the class system that exists there.
England, outside of London. Too many dreary housing estates full of pompous chavs and scummy immigrants.
Slovakia. About 80 % of the children of Roma people are enrolled in schools for disabled children as Roma people are viewed as mentally retarded.
