Currently Russia is slightly disliked due to Putin's actions right now, but it's not even close to hated. Russia never caused any harm to Europe.
U.K. is a great Nation is there is no reason to hate it either.
Germany caused tremendous crimes in the past, but right now it's the country that created EU and seriously helps with the economy.

It's true that some hate the U.K because it's one of the most powerful countries in Europe when it comes to economic and military.
I cannot speak for all of Europe but I can tell you that Germany is probably the most hated for us, because of the war and genocide. Russia is probably two because of the Soviet Union and the occupation of us. Next is probably like Ukraine or Lithuania. Ukraine because of the Volyhnian massacres, and I don't know why Lithuania, but most of them hate us too....

I would think Germany is still disliked by most people because of their past history and because they run the EU
I dont think of Russia as being in Europe.
Albania. They caused all the troubles in Kosovo. Lazerat is still the drug capital of Europe. Most of the vehicles in Albania are cars stolen in other countries of Europe.
