Ukraine isn't innocent. The country seems to be torn between pro-West and pro-Russia populations, and they've probably scared and alienated each other. War isn't the answer, though, and Russia has started a war.
USA fires conflicts and wars worldwide (Vietnam, Libya, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan and so on). Conflict in Ukraine was started when USA and EU supported Maydan. After this Junta took power in Ukraine illegally, despite any internal and international laws.
The first decision of the Junta was to ban Russian language. This ban was the trigger for all crimes of the Kievan Junta (Odessa Massacre, civil war in Donetsk and Lugansk regions). So, the bad boys are USA and EU in this case, obviously.
Personally i would say Russia because they are infringing on another country's soil. However i am a biased American. If you look at it at an unbiased way, Russia is just trying to find a way to be competitive on the global scale- the goal of every country including the U.S.. Ukraine is just defending their home turf, so there is no way they can be considered "bad". Either Russia is bad, or neither one of them is bad.
Financial "elite", which financed and designed this "war". They reside in Western countries (mostly) and Israel.
Russia and Ukraine are just names for countries (well, the latter is not really a country), they can't be good or bad.
I would say the U.S. first and Kiev second. Here is a web page showing the lies of the Kiev government, supported by the U.S. for financial gain.
