I dont know what bullying you imagine is taking place. The only aggression is coming from the U.S. Russia defending herself against the U.S. and NATO threats and provocations amidst the humiliating sanctions protocol. Russia is not a U.S. enemy. They are a business competitor. Where do you get your info from?
The U.S. and NATO are threatening Russia and Russia is only helping the pro-democracy movement in eastern Ukraine to fight the Kiev government forces that have killed 3,000 of their own people. So, what is your problem about Russia?

I personally would not be tremendously inconvenienced with an inevitable shift in the international geopolitical power structure (provided the ramifications are not analogous to that instituted by the US), perhaps one day even a benevolent Russia can ameliorate and bring a degree of solace to Western/European civilization.
