We Turks do not hate Arabs, you just stirring things for your own agenda. We are just proud of our own culture and heritage. We have Arab and Kurd minorities in our country and we treat them well, like equal citizens. We live happily together in general apart from a few radical Kurdish groups that cause terrorism acts.
Some ignorant people may dislike Arabs, some of them may dislike Greeks, some may dislike others etc.
