Revolt over WHAT? That Putin and Russia don't please USA? Russia is miles and miles away, and cares little what USA thinks.
Putin has given prosperity, security, hope, and a bright future to Russians. Births are soaring.
He has made Russia stronger than when he took over. Russia is adding infrastructure for the people. Necessary things, not just bridges and electric power lines, but churches, schools, kindergartens, centers for performing arts, hospitals, pediatric clinics, sports facilities. and on and on and... This is not central to big cities, Moscow and SPB, but nationwide. At over 700 miles from Moscow, I have seen small villages, driven to them far from the main roads, where new schools or centers for performing arts were newly built.
You don't have a revolution when all is well.

Spies everywhere. Blocked truths. A sad example is: Boris Nemtsov :-( He tried to convince people into revolution. And he was killed for that.
There is dissatisfaction with Putin, and he doesn't have economic growth to placate his people with: just give it time.
