The conflicts in Syria are not impinging on Cyprus , and at Paphos you will be on the West side of the island , as far away from Syria as you can get . October is a long way away and things might change , but you also have to bear in mind that Cyprus is a vital N A T O military complex of bases to watch over the whole Middle East and that therefore there are a lot of reasons for terrorists to give the place a wide berth .
The Conflict will not reach in Cyprus, there is might be refugees but I doubt fighting will .
