in what country? i guess you mean britain? if you do then i suggest brighton as it is by the sea, vibrant and has a warm and quite sunny summer climate. also i would like to agree with david s that dorset is good, had a nice holiday last year with only 2 days out of 8 not being warm t shirt weather.
