Now I've read that a lot of the UK it is illegal to busk without a permit, cause that'll be classed as begging, but I was reading some more about it being cool In Aberdeen to busk without a permit, is this true? And is it for the rest of Scotland?
The cops will ask for your permit. If you don't have one, you'll be arrested and fined. That's how it works throughout the country. The permits cost about ￡80. You'll make that much in a couple of hours if you're really good.
