Airports are private property - so any airport could ban someone. That wouldn't apply to other airports. That would require a court order - a court could ban you from every airport in the country.
You can be banned from anywhere, including all airports, if your behaviour is unacceptable. A blanket ban on airports? I doubt it, but many people are barred from all shops in city centres if, for example, they are persistent shop-lifters.
