Depends on whether the clocks have gone forward or not - as this coccurs at differnt times all over the worls the +/- are not necessarily accurate (especially Southern Hemispher countries as the seasons are reversed there). In London current we're on British Summer Time (BST) which is one hour ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
