I have heard by multiple that they're very polite but they love blonde hair and if you're blonde they will come over and stroke your hair but mean nothing by it.
I haven't been yet so i can't say if this is true or not but i believe so.
If you're going on holiday there they often try and persuade you to buy from shops. (Thats females too)
I found them to be perfectly pleasant, polite, hospitable ... of course there are always unpleasant individuals in any country. It's unfair and inaccurate to say that all people of one nationality are a particular way.
