What you just asked is like saying 'What is the phone number for France?'
An example: BS10 8XJ
BS = Bristol. 10 = one of about 30 postal districts of Bristol, in this case part of the city called Brentry. 8 = one of 9 sub-districts of Brentry, X = a particular street. J = a group of homes on that street.
England does not have just one postal code, it has hundreds of thousands of codes. Go to the Royal Mail Postcode Finder page and enter the exact address - it will tell you the correct postcode for that address.
In parts of the world this is called the zip code - the regional code made up of letters and numbers which help the post office break down the mail into delivery areas. An example would be N1 2NJ - the N1 means North London area 1, the 2NJ narrows down the street and house number to within half a dozen addresses or so. In theory if you just give the postcode and house number, the mail should still arrive correctly.

Every street in the country has its own distinctive code - and some have more than one. There is no single code for England
There are millions of postal coads in England. They are specific to each street so you will need to narrow it down a bit for us.
Postal code is the same as a Zip code.
