Yes, it's debt collectors because you owe. Even if you successfully ignore the calls, you can be sued and your credit will be ruined.
They are just trying to get you to transfer money to their paypal account, they are certainly NOT palpal representatives.

If this number is calling you, its Paypal and you must be in debt to them. Its not a scam, I use paypal every other day and if theres been a mishap that I havnt noticed, theyre straight on the phone. Most definatly paypals collection team.
Lot of people have had this problem. stupid ones ignore it until after they have a CCJ and their credit is ruined.

I googled the number and every site I've been on has said that it's a scam number. Only one forum said it was Paypal debt collectors. I'm not sure what to believe. In the message they didn't state what company they were from, just that it was a "personal business matter". I'm in debt to Paypal of ￡175 because I was scammed and Paypal being a bunch of ashy ***** refunded the money leaving me with no money and no item. What happens if i don't put my balance back to positive? I'm not paying a dime to Paypal as i owe them nothing.
Has anyone had this problem and if so how did you deal with it?
