We have no way to know. A 5/3 house in Pasadena would be about $3 million. In rural Texas, it might be $75k.

If the house is for sale for about $90,000 than that would be about right IF you have EXCELLENT credit.

But in my neck of the words a 5 bed/3 bath house would not be available for $90,000.

While on the Internet looking at houses, I stumbled across the one I was raised in. My grandparents owned, and my grandmother would be happy if she knew I found it. On the real estate website, it states that it's $633/month for a 15 year mortgage? Does that sound right? It's a two story house. 5BR/3BTH.
