Embroidered polo shirts with famous slogans like Think big, stronger than dirt or expand your mind and change your world ( motivational gift when someone is starting his career in business world)

It depends on what he has and what his personality is. When I graduated, my father gave me a pocketwatch that had been passed down for three generations. It was a symbolic thing, and it meant the world to me even though I've never taken it out of the safe deposit box. However, those kinds of heirlooms are becoming more rare and you may not have something of that significance to pass on.

Some practical things would be a watch in a style suitable for more formal occasions. If his suit(s) are more than a couple of years old, you could get him a new one, along with some nice dress shoes (and a REAL shoe polish kit, the kind with the horse-hair brush). I've interviewed people, and things like how a suit fits and whether their shoes are clean and polished matter for overall presentation in interviews and social engagements. You can usually get very nice suits at very good prices at Macy's or other department stores when they do sales. I got my suits that way for about half the sticker price, and after some tailoring, they fit perfectly. A suit would be more valuable if he's planning to do an MBA, as school functions usually require one, but it would also be useful for interviews and the like for his first job.

Skip pens, no one really uses them as status symbols anymore; it's common for most people to carry around regular click-pens, even when they're seasoned executives. Until he's got an office, a Mont Blanc pen won't see much use or be particularly relevant. Other jewelry like tie pins or cuff-links are similarly unused. Tasteful accessorizing can work to a guy's advantage, but on a 22-year old, it looks like he's trying too hard.

If he's into cigars, a nice humidor would be an excellent gift. I can't count how many dinners I've gone to where the guys would go outside for whiskey and a cigar. In business and law, that ritual is still a useful bonding experience. Yes, it's unhealthy, but I've received several leads for jobs over a cigar.

I'm out for the time being, but just keep in mind what would make him happy. He's probably stressed out about finding a job, so don't push too much to make the gift totally utilitarian.

Hi,

You can give gifts to your son a laptop, pen, watch, clock, diaries etc. These all are a beautiful gift for a businessman. I am also a businessman. So, I know about this very well. Now, Christmas is coming, so to give gifts to employee and clients I buy a lot of gifts. These all are very beautiful and impressive gifts. To buy gifts I searched a lot of websites but at last I find printland that has a beautiful collection of business gifts at reasonable price.
