Hi - I live in Geelong and my comany has used Pace Advertising before for some website design. Their rates were pretty reasonable. It depends on what you need though - if you are just a small busness you might be better going through a freelance designer.
There are only a few in Geelong and they aren't very reputable. There are tonnes of amazing agencies in Melbourne - we have a company in Geelong but use a Melbourne agency called ERD. If you need a professional ageny with god creative and have the money for quality any Melboune agency will be able to sevice you just as well.
We've used a company called Biscuit and I highly recommend them - tey work fast and ave good rates. Just don't bother with Ivy Street Ivy Street advertising - I called for a quote and when someone finally got back to me they were rude and short on the phone. When the quote did come through for some web design it seemed very excessive.
