If you have a large circle of friends, relatives, acquaintances, neighbors, etc. then you can do really well with Scentsy especially if you gain referalls from those sources as well. I joined Scentsy in April of 2011 and I still love it and use the products all the time. You can get a knock off but if you've tried Scentsy you'll always come back to the high quality - I guarantee it! I have really enjoyed being a part of the Scentsy family and right now if you join you actually get a bonus kit so August is the month to do it if you are considering it! I am and advocare care distributor and would love to disagree with Caren. If you want to make a lot of money you definitely can! You get what you put into it! If you try hard and put time into it, you will do really well! My husband and I have been selling it for 5 months, and have made an extra $1000 per month. We expect this number to jump in the up coming months. So please don't get discouraged by people saying negative things! If you believe in yourself, anything can happen!!! don't expect to make much,, maybe you can buy a dress a month,, the ladies that do this,,, spend more money than they make in parties, food, decorating, etc.
to top it off,, military people don't have money just to spend

I am looking for a little side hobby, hopefully one that bring in a little money. I have done the Advocare 24 day challenge and I have to say I loved it! But I also love Scentsy.
I'd like to hear from distributors from both and hear your experience! Which one is easiest to sell and promote? Which brings in money? I don't want to lose out on money. How does ordering from yourself work?
I live on a military base and I was thinking it's the perfect place to promote products and hold parties since there is a lot of people to get in contact with.
