I have used both and yes, and yes botha re awesome, but I like Ahref the most. Ahref updated more often than Majestic & SEOMoz and also shows much more detailed stats. You can also use it to see if people are 301’ing aged domains to sites which you don’t see in SEOMoz, very useful.

There is even better tool which is also free - Backlink Watch, i'm using it on regular basis and it works great.
