You can get another tenant and hope they get approved and stay.
So we signed a lease for a year and it had a auto renew part, we had to let them know 150 days prior if we want to stay or not, if we didn't respond it auto renews, we sent them notification a day late and they said to late sorry, so we let them know we wanted out and found new people, they made us move out and turn everything in and said thanks your done and that they will mail the deposit, a week later they called and said they denied the new people and we are still responsible. Is there anything that we can do? We cant afford to stay.
