Are hand written 30 day eviction notice legal?

You did not get a legal eviction notice. The document you got was a notice to vacate the property. It might be that you are currently on a month to month tenancy. If this is the case, in most states the landlord or property manger is required to give you a 30 day notice to vacate the property.

The form in which this notice is given might vary from state to state, however, there is nothing illegal about a handwritten notice given to you.

A legal eviction is an eviction signed by a judge and would be served to you by a local law enforcement officer, though some states allow the landlord or property manager to serve this eviction.

I hope this has been of some benefit to you, good luck.

"FIGHT ON"

Of course it is. Not an eviction notice, it's a notice to vacate. Eviction is an actual court proceeding.

In Texas the difference between hand written and printed would not be much. The handwritting would need to be readable. The printed would need to be hand signed. In some cases you do not need to make the notice as long as 30 days and in other cases you would need to make it longer than 30 days.

Yes, handwritten notices to vacate are perfectly legal.

Most likely you received notice to vacate. You are not being evicted but rather the LL has decided to end your month to month rental agreement OR he has decided he is not going to renew your lease.

They can be in the UK. However they have to conform to a precise format. If there is the smallest error the notice will be invalid. Citizens Advice Bureau will check it's legality for you.

Totally legal. The laws require it to be written it does not specify how it is written. The only problem with hand written is that it has to be legible & has to state certain things. What it is required to state varies by state law.

In the UK, that is the minimum notice for eviction you can give - it means your landlord/landlady wants you out. If you want a reason, ask him/her.

Assuming you mean a thirty day notice to vacate, yes.
