And now with the new Google algorithm updates this will actually hurt you and maybe penalize your site.
Hi, yes you can get multiple baclinks from any site and you can point those backlinks to the diffent pages on your site. infact you should get links pointing to the inner pages of your site not just the home page. many people build 100's of links to their home page but forget to create links to the inner pages. If you get muliple links from a site they will still count so the answer is yes is does work and yes you should get one links poiting to all your inner pages to. Don;t forget to get a diversity of links from different platform, articles, web 2,0, social bookmarks, press releases, comments.... the more diversity the better,
Don"t do that .Fallow the White hat techniques and the content of the website should be with good Quality.Do not try to fallow the Black hat techniques it will penalize your site .Directory submissions and Article submissions are very much useful methods to gain backlinks.
Getting too many back links from a single website is called Site Wide linking which is not appreciated by Google. However its not an issue if you're getting 3-4 back links from a website for different pages. The problem starts when you have more than 50 back links from the same domain.

There are certainly natural instances, like in different articles linking to the most relevant pages, where such links can occur,I have not heard of that specific strategy being a problem with the new Penguin SEO trick detection filter. Generally speaking a mix of inner and home page links is a good thing, Linking to inner pages that are most relevant in a blog comment is probably the best thing to do.
There's a diminishing return on the value of backlinks as you continue to add them to one particular source, bought site-wide 'blogroll' links might raise a red flog with the new Penguin filter, the overall link count / URL count is something they probably monitor. It's standard procedure in article directory and blog network submissions to include a couple of links to different parts of your site.

yes you can link like that. However the more link you get from the same domain, the less power each link carry.
that's why a sitewide link is not consider as thousand of link
You don't go for this, it is against google's rule.
I think it is not possible and it will do not work.
If i have a site : mysite.com
and i get a backlink from a site, example: backlink.com
can i make multiple backlinks from this site?
Can I do this
backlink.com -----> (backlinks to) mysite.com

backlink.com------>mysite.com/news
etc
etc
