People in the world have been looking for easy ways too make money. Hell, I am a male, and if I believed I would make some easy money by selling panties, I would be selling them. I may even pretend they come from a female to obtain the best price.
There may be many people offering panties. Customers willing to pay do exist, but they are much smaller in quantity. Therefore, the price must be low, perhaps too low to warrant the effort of offering them.
