If you want to discuss the issue, try emailing via the customer support tab at the top of the ebay page. I've found them to be wonderfully helpful... but must say I've had only one occasion to contact them about a problem.
Has the seller not been helpful at all?
You can chat with an ebay representative, ebay won't do anything but tell you to communicate with the seller (which is what you should do first before starting trouble), if the seller won't accept returns, then you're out of luck, even if they did, they would take the S & H and maybe they would charge a restocking fee.
If you can't solve the problem, just write a bad review and say bye to your money.
Doing business thru ebay is risky.
If you've opened the case you don't need to do anything further. If the item is fake, of course you'll get a refund.

Be prepared to ring within 15 minutes of being given the number to call - the code you will need to quote expires after that time.
You can talk to the seller. If you can get aggreement, you can return the perfume and the seller gives you a full refund.
Just take it to the supplier for replacement. If he does not agree, ask for refund.
So we cannot trust any outside supplier with whom we are not in touch at all and buy any product recklessly. I wanted to buy iPhone 4s or Samsung Galaxy S3 but escaped such trap by postponing always. My colleagues always advised me not to go for such traps. Always buy any product face to face. value your money, no headaches. Ask them to send the product in advance,check them and then only payment should be made whenever you shop online, i.e. COD (Cash on Delivery).
I purchased a bottle of chanel coco mademoiselle for ￡50 those of you who know your perfume would know it smells beautiful well it came this morning and smell was completly different like old perfume not happy at all it wasnt the right perfume, so ive opened up a case is there a number where i can speak to someone direct from ebay and do you think i will get my refund not happy as that was my birthday present and ive been ripped off!!
