Since you are not a tenant no notice is required. There isn't any legal reason your children can't share a room. Also the baby can also share a room with the parents. Until they are 2 if you are married, as long as you want if you are single.

I live in Oregon, and after being on a waiting list for 1.5 years for a 3 bedroom (just had a baby almost a year ago) I get told that they apartments are not longer doing transfers for people in that area of concern. Is there something I can do about this? I have an 8 year old daughter and an almost 1 year old son. By state law if I recall right they have to have separate rooms.
