I can't really here your audition from here, there are some people who are simply tone deaf who will never be able to competently sing, although rapping has opened up a new outlet for such people.
There are recorded vocal coaching recordings out there that can help you improve some basic mechanics, but you really do need a coach for to develop a real voice.
